In consideration for JJ Skelton
Company extending to me credit privileges,
I have remitted to JJ Skelton a non-interest bearing security
deposit.
This security will
remain in JJ Skelton’s possession until my account is terminated
by JJ Skelton or me. Upon termination of my account; any balance
due to JJ Skelton will be deducted from the security deposit
prior to any refund. Termination of the account will proceed
according to the procedure outlined in the document entitled
“Heating Fuel Agreement” which I have also signed. This security
has been paid to JJ Skelton without duress or promises other
than what is written in the documents.
Upon termination of my account, a refund of the security deposit
will be mailed to me within 45 days. I understand that this
credit account may be terminated by either
JJ Skelton or I upon written notice to the other and no reason
for termination need be given.
